Nick Wagoner joins Chris Duncan and Anthony Stalter to talk Rams OTA’s. They start out talking about sorting out the WR position. Bailey’s suspension complicates the situation. Brian Quick needs to bring it every day in hopes of winning a starting job. They talk about how Williams will use the safeties. Joyner will be playing the slot, where he is an excellent blitzer. McLeod and McDonald go in as starters. The Rams seem to have confidence that McLeod can take a step forward. The one to watch is Alexander, who Fisher was so excited to get in the draft. The Rams may see a future of Alexander/McDonald as starting safeties. Wagoner thinks they will give snaps at LT for both Robinson and Saffold in case Jake Long isn’t ready. Sam Bradford will participate in OTA’s, but how much is in question. Nick is looking forward to seeing Barrett Jones on the field. The Rams would like him to be a swing backup inside and eventual starter at center. He’s also looking forward to seeing Greg Williams working with the team for the first time.
